Cancellation Policy
Here at The Beauty Space, we understand that sometimes schedules change and we ask that we are provided with at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24hours or for which clients are a ‘no show’ will incur the full cost of the treatment price.
We will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment.
Deposits
In order to secure your appointment slot, we ask that 50% is paid upon booking. This is refundable within our cancellation policy. Unfortunately cancellations/no shows outside of this are unable to be refunded and you may incur the full cost of the treatment.
